The Burn Out

Many of us know about this ,we have all been there before no matter what your doing , you can over do it.
It's usually called THE WALL, where everything takes what seems like so much extra effort is being put into something . So much extra energy that you just do not have to give. The Burn Out can cause people to up and stop whatever it is they may be doing for self care.
All at once your tired,unmotivated, unwilling to do the days task ,asking yourself what's the point ?? By the time people hit this point it is usually to late.
Anxiety And The Burn Out
Unfortunately anxiety goes hand in hand with the Burn Out even for those who do not experience anxiety on a regular basis. The feeling of uncertainty, exhaustion,incompletion, a creative block, and many many other symptoms will begin to arise all preventing you from completing the task at hand. Your will to begin the self care you have been ignoring will start to take over..... hopefully.
WHAT CAUSES BURN OUT
USUALLY the intense feeling of being overwhelmed. Many people pile way to much on their plate of life and day I'm and day out of chasing this and doing that and fixing those can begin to take a tole. Between kids, work,spouses, and everything in between it become easy for anyone person to hit the a wall. Constant 'doing" things can really put your mind in a high stress situation and begin to affect your body and your attitude and in turn how you treat others.
AVOIDING BURN OUT
There are many ways to avoid the he burn out, it is not a necessary part of life just your body telling you it's time for a break .
* Take regular days off
*Take vacations
*Set business hours
*Meditate
*Wake up a hour before or after everyone else for self care reflection and silent time
*Keep a agenda
*Stay on task,don't fall behind on work
*Do not take on to many projects at once
*Make sure your spendinh family /friend time
*When you feel the wall coming on ,take a break immediately
Taking a pro active approach on your self care and work ethic can greatly help you with anxiety levels and avoiding the Burn Out in it's entirety. These are not fool proof but rather some suggestions on how to work
happier.
