You Can't Please Them All

Trust me, I’ve tried. Didn’t take me long to realize no matter what you do, there will always be a monkey paw effect. Someone’s still gonna lose and be mad. I used to watch my words and delete posts until I noticed something.

I’m being paid for my honesty.

Nobody wants to hear what’s wrong with them, not even when they pay for it. They just want things to work. But for things to work, you have to see what’s going wrong. And I’m gonna tell you. Out of love, of course, but I’m gonna tell you.

I used to wish someone would sit me down and tell me what other people thought of me. Now, in the words of my Disney-watching kid, “I do my thang.” But the criticism over the years has helped my pockets. Sometimes you gotta know your lace front doesn’t look right, or your ass is a little too hairy in that pic, or you’re just being impatient with customers.

When I see girls doing odd things, unless they ask, I tend to keep my mouth shut. Used to, anyway. After I saw how the general population really tanked sex work, I started opening my mouth and speaking my opinions regardless, because other people can affect your money on a grand scale.

Pussy is expensive. So why do people expect to really pay $40 for it?

A few started fucking for $40, and now it’s the norm and a joke. They say, “Don’t price shame,” but I’m gonna 😱. Lowballing affects us all. Panties used to go for $50 to $100 and up, and now you’re lucky to sell them for $20 to $25 because panty sites allowed women to sell them for $10.

This long ass run-on sentence I’m writing is meant to say this: SOMEONE HAS TO SPEAK UP.

So many lost men and women hop into sex work and don’t understand why they can’t make a sale. They have no clue what they’re doing, and the examples out there, like $10 panties, are what they go off of. The game has changed.

I’m a paid sex work coach and entertainer mentor who believes in this work and has helped people reach their potential in this life. I’m not gonna stop doing that, and I hope more of you start doing the same. When we share what we know, we make this business stronger for everyone.
